Harrison Bilodeau
President
Harrison Bilodeau has over forty years of experience in residential construction, project management and real estate property management. He founded Bilodeau Property Management in 1984. He is actively involved in the Rhode Island real estate marketplace as a licensed real estate salesman and as a member of the Community Association Institute, RI Builders Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, Providence Preservation Society and the RI Apartment Association. He firmly believes that the value of a property is enhanced by the quality of the neighborhood, so he actively supports local civic and political organizations, serving as vice chair of the Providence City Plan Commission, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pawtucket Armory Association, and as a sponsor of the Fox Point/Eastside Little League. Harrison Bilodeau earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1967, and an M.A. from Brown in 1975.
Allison Field
Community Association Manager
Allison Field is the newest member of the Bilodeau Property Management team, joining Bilodeau Property Management in 2007 as a Portfolio Community Association Manager after serving as vice president and then president of a developer-transitioned association. She has extensive experience, having represented associations ranging in size from 3 to 91 units. Allison is a member of the Rhode Island Regional Committee for CAI and the Rhode Island Legal Action Committee, keeping her up to date on the laws and regulations involving condominium associations in the Ocean State. Her effectiveness as a community association manager is further enhanced by her background in human resources which emphasized presenting, training, and recruiting. Allison has also written articles for Condo Media Magazine. She earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, where she serves on the Executive Alumni Board. Allison holds her RI Sales Real Estate license through East Side Realty Services, Inc.
Elizabeth Rundlett
Accounting Department Manager
Betty has been with Bilodeau Property Management over 27 years, overseeing three accounting staff members, maintaining all financial records for Bilodeau Property Management’s clients, managing accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting. She serves as technical liaison for Bilodeau Property Management’s specialized property management software PEAK, which enables staff to process financial reports, prepare budgets, monitor work orders, create resident directories and coordinate parking.
